Sapphire Routes in the North East
Sapphire services are our premium services across the region. We’ve developed the concept based on what our customers told us they wanted from their bus service. Sapphire gives us the opportunity to improve perceptions of the bus, encourage non-users to give the bus a try and infrequent users to make more of their journeys on the bus.
All Sapphire services offer high quality vehicles, e-leather seating, free WiFi, Next Stop Announcements and a dedicated hand picked driving team!

MAX Routes in the North East
Our MAX services are our premium inter-urban express services, connecting the major towns and cities of the North East on a fast & frequent basis.
MAX vehicles operate with new or refurbished high specification vehicles, in a striking livery, with e-leather seating and free WiFi as standard.
