Important mobile ticketing update
We are pleased to report that we are now seeing fewer problems affecting the performance of our mobile ticketing app. However, we are continuing to work with our mobile ticketing provider until all remaining issues are resolved.
If you are still experiencing difficulties and haven’t yet downloaded the new version of the app, please visit App Store or Google Play and do so as soon as possible.
If you’ve already activated a ticket but are experiencing issues, switch your handset into aircraft mode, open the app and display the ticket to the driver.
