Union Street road closure

from 23/07/26 until 31/07/26 between the hours of 09.00 and 17.30 Union street will be closed. So we will be unable to serve the stops on Union Street and at Croft Park.

Diversion on the X30

23rd Jul 2026 - 1st Aug 2026

Diversions are in place on the X30 because of a road closure.
Service X30 departing Blyth bus station will operate via Waterloo road, turn left at the round about along Renwick road to Broadway round about, from there it will operate straight over the round about and then right at the next round about to pick up its normal route.
Heading back to Blyth will operate this diversion in reverse.
The road will be closed daily between 09:00-17:30

Diversion on the X14, X15, X16, X18, X20, X21, X22, X30, X9, X10, X11, 43, 44, 45 & 553

Diversions are in place on the X14, X15, X16, X18, X20, X21, X22, X30, X9, X10, X11, 43, 44, 45 & 553 because of roadworks.
Services heading into Newcastle will not be entering Regent Centre and instead serving the bus stop on Great North Road after Christon Road Junction as a substitute stop .
Services exiting Newcastle will enter the Regent Centre and do a U turn and pick up and drop off at the stands that usually pick up heading into Newcastle.
