Mount Pleasant Road Closure - One Way
2nd Aug 2026 - 1st Sep 2026
Due to Gas main replacement scheme on Mount Pleasant Road, a one way closure which will prevent vehicles from turning onto Mount Pleasant Road from Ditherington Road will be in place.
Service 25 towards Shrewsbury will be able to turn out of Mount Pleasant Road onto Ditherington Road as normal.
Service 25 towards Tesco will divert via Ditherington Road, Whitchurch Road, Harlescott Lane, Lancaster Road, then join the normal line of route from Mount Pleasant Road after the island by the Steam Wagon Inn. -

Services will then divert via Aston Street, B5063 Hight Street, B5063 Mill Street, B5476, Shawbury Road, B5063 then onto the A49 to rejoin normal line of route at Weston Crossroads..
