Timetable Revisions for Improved Reliability in County Durham from 2nd November
Several services are seeing minor or revised timetable changes due to punctuality reviews or customer feedback:
Service 6 (Durham – Cockfield – Barnard Castle)
Minor changes to early morning journeys for better reliability.
Service 22 (Durham – Peterlee – Sunderland)
Adjustments at peak times and evenings to improve reliability and connections at Peterlee.
Service 23 (Peterlee – Hartlepool)
Early morning timetable revised to improve connections with Service 22 at Peterlee.
Service 24 (Durham – Peterlee – Hartlepool)
Evening services adjusted to improve timekeeping.
Service 43 (Durham – Esh Winning)
Full revised timetable following a reliability review.
Service 48 (Durham – New Brancepeth)
Timetable revised, especially for peak times in Neville’s Cross.
Service 49 / 49A (Durham – Brandon)
A revised timetable is to be introduced following a review of punctuality, especially around peak times in the Neville’s Cross area.
Service X46 (Durham – Crook – Stanhope)
Timetable revision, particularly for peak-time reliability in Neville’s Cross area.
Service X12 (Middlesbrough – Durham – Newcastle)
The 06:41 from Coxhoe will now start from Sedgefield, based on customer requests.
Service X22 (Peterlee – Stockton – Middlesbrough)
Peak time journeys that extend to Middlesbrough are revised to start from and/or terminate at Stockton High St, except for the 07:26 arrival into Middlesbrough, which continues to operate.
Service X46 – (Durham to Crook -Stanhope)
A revised timetable will be introduced following a review of punctuality, especially around peak times in the Neville’s Cross area.
