Changes to Service 72 Maidstone to Kings Hill from November 2026
Today
From Sunday 1 November 2026, we will be making a route change to service 72 Maidstone to Kings Hill to reduce traffic delays and improve reliability following customer feedback.
From Maidstone, the route will remain the same to Lunsford Park Tesco, then from Chaucer Way will travel left onto Gighill Road, ahead onto Lunsford Lane, right onto London Road, left onto Town Hill and will then follow the existing route to Kings Hill. The bus will follow the same route for return journey.
Due to this change the service will no longer serve Lunsford Lane, Leybourne Way and Castle Way.
