Kent Thameside multi-operator ticket scheme
From 10th November 2024, Arriva will cease to operate the Fastrack services. Instead, they will be operated by London General (Go Ahead).
To minimise disruption to passengers, we have reached agreement with Kent County Council to create a number of multi- operator period tickets to allow customers to travel freely between services.

Arriva – 190, 414, 414A, 414B, 477, 480, 481, 482, 483, 489, 490, 491, 497
Fastrack – A, AZ, B, C, E
Go Coach – D1, D2, C1, C3, 429
Red Route – TBC – may join scheme at a later date

Period Tickets moving to multi-operator
The existing Arriva ticket will cease on 9th November and the new multi-operator ticket will go live on 10th November.
Existing on bus issued and m-tickets in circulation to be accepted by all operators and recorded accordingly.
All new tickets will have QR code and will be either issued on bus or on app (Arriva, Fastrack or Go Coach).
Ticket prices will be the same as current Arriva prices:
Zones – Dartford, Gravesend, Thameside
Adult – Day, Week, 4 Week and Annual
Child – Day, Week, 4 Week, and Annual
Family – Day (up to 2 adults and 3 children)
Student – Week (Thameside only), 4 Week (Thameside only) and Annual
These are the only current Arriva tickets which become multi-operator. All others remain Arriva only tickets or cease to exist.

Arriva vouchers will not be valid on Fastrack.
Arrive Kent and Medway zone tickets will not be valid on Fastrack.
Single and return tickets are not multi-operator.
