Service Changes in Maidstone
Today
We’ll be making changes to some of our services across Maidstone from 30 August 2026, with most focused on improving punctuality through revised timetables, while some routes are being altered or reduced to better match customer demand.
Service 3
We're making changes to the timetable on Mondays to Fridays and Sundays to improve reliability and help keep buses running on time.

Service 4
We're making changes to better reflect customer demand. On Saturdays buses will run every 90 minutes instead of every 60 minutes.

Service 5
On Mondays to Fridays, we're making changes to the timetable with two early morning journeys and one late journey between Hawkhurst and Cranbrook being withdrawn.
On Saturdays buses will run every 75 minutes instead of every 60 minutes.

We're making some changes to the timetable on Mondays to Fridays and Sundays.
On school days, the off-peak Monday to Friday service between Tunbridge Wells Station and Tunbridge Wells Sainsbury's will be withdrawn.

We're introducing additional peak-time journeys on Mondays to Fridays.
On Saturdays, the frequency will increase from every 60 minutes to every 30 minutes, providing more journey opportunities for customers.There will also be changes made to the Sunday timetable.

Due to changes in customer demand service 59 will be withdrawn.

Service 71
We're making changes to the timetable to improve reliability and help keep buses running on time. On Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays, off-peak short journeys will be replaced by service 72. There will also be changes made to the Sunday timetable.

Service 72
On Mondays to Saturdays, service 72 will follow a revised route via Tesco at Lunsford Park, in line with service 71. The section of route serving Clare Park will no longer operate.
We're also increasing the frequency from every 60 minutes to every 40 minutes, providing more journey opportunities for customers.
