BACK TO UNI with the University of Nottingham’s Hopperbus
We're making some changes to simplify the Hopperbus network from Tuesday 20th September.
We’re getting ready to welcome both new and returning students and staff back to the University of Nottingham, ready for the new academic year. There are a few changes that will be coming into place to make the Hopperbus network simpler, with some timetables and route numbers changing. Here’s what’s new:
901 | University Park to Sutton Bonington & Kegworth
From Monday 20 September, route 901 will now go between University Park, NTU Clifton, Clifton Park and Ride, Sutton Bonington and Kegworth as one route. We will be saying goodbye to the 901K, as the new 901 will replace it in full. All bus stops remain the same as part of these changes, and the routes remain the same as previously - it is just the route number that is changing.
Some journeys may leave or arrive at different times from what they do currently, so please check our app to check live bus departures or track your bus from your mobile.
With our partners at the University of Nottingham, we are simplifying the bus network by running buses on the 901 as an all-year timetable on Monday to Fridays and weekends, so will always be the same whether it is busy or quiet at the University, though do note that buses will not run during special University shut-down days such as Christmas or Easter.
902 | University Park to Kings Meadow Campus
There are no changes to the timetable – everything is just the same as last term.
903 | University Park to Jubilee Campus
There are no changes to the timetable – everything is just the same as last term.
904 | University Park to Royal Derby Hospital
Buses will now arrive into University Park a little earlier than they do currently, with no other changes to the timetable.
