Changes to Bus Services in West Essex

We will be making changes to our bus network in West Essex from 22 Feb 2026 with a brand new 723 Service running from Harlow Town Centre to Stansted Airport.
We're updating our timetable to improve punctuality. There will be no change to service frequency.

1509 journey from Harlow is to be withdrawn Monday to Friday
7 Harlow Bus Station to Harlow Town Station
There will be changes made to the timetable whereby the Service will operate off peak and Saturday only. (See service 10 below)
The 1530 journey from Harlow is to be withdrawn Monday to Friday
Small changes to the timetable including an extension to and from Harlow Town Station Monday to Friday (during peak hours)
59 Harlow to Chelmsford Anglia Ruskin University
Certain peak hour journeys are to be withdrawn, along with small overall timetable changes to the service.
309 Thorley Park to Stansted Airport
There will be a small change to the timetable to standardise the overnight journeys seven days a week.
508/509/510 Harlow to Stansted Airport
508 is to be Withdrawn from Service.
509 will operate via Heath Row and Takeley as a replacement for the withdrawn Service 508.
In addition changes will be made to the timetables of both Service 509 and 510 to allow a combined frequency of up to every 12 minutes.
723 Harlow Town Centre to Stansted Airport
*New Service* a limited stop fast and direct new service running from Harlow Town Centre to Stansted Airport completing the journey in just 30 minutes.
724 Harlow to London Heathrow Airport
Revised timetable to help improve punctuality of the service. There will also be 2 additional stops added at Stockley Park (Hillingdon) and Scots Hill (Rickmansworth)
