Service 163 - Station Road, Cross Gates

Transpennine Route Upgrade taking place from 31 March – 25 November. Station Road, Cross Gates will be closed to southbound traffic while the railway bridge is being replaced. Service 163 will divert via Green Lane in both directions and will not serve Cross Gates Shopping Centre
Service SW8 - Station Road, Cross Gates

Transpennine Route Upgrade taking place from 31 March – 25 November. Station Road, Cross Gates will be closed to southbound traffic while the railway bridge is being replaced. St Wilfred’s school service SW8 will start and end on Hollyshaw Lane.
Service 310 - Kenyons Lane (Maghull) Updated

Service 419 - Morpeth and Mitford

We have been advised that Northumberland County Council are carrying out highway repairs on the B6343 following the recent landslip from 21 July until April 2026. Details of how this impacts our 419 service are here https://bit.ly/4eJhlbp
Service 4A, 5C & 58 - Bangor
+
Due to roadworks between Ysbyty Gwynedd & JLS Garage ser 4A & 58 are unable to serve the Ty’n Eithin stop, due to additional congestions delays are to be expected on ser 4A, 5C & 58, please allow extra time for your journey. Works are expected to last until the end of November.
Loop - Marlborough Street and Groveway

Loop will not be able to serve Marlborough Street or Groveway stops in both directions until 23 November. Buses divert via Standing Way & Brickhill Street after serving the Hospital and then serve the OU. Diversion in both directions.
Pelham Road and Perry Street Closure

Pelham Road South and Perry Street will be closed from 18.08.2025 to 26.02.2025 During this closure Service 483 will be diverted via Old Road West , Dashwood Road and Newhouse Lane. The service will not be able to serve Cold Harbour from the Library up to Ladysfield.
Service 71 - Malling Road

Malling Road will be closed each night at 20:00 until 13 January 2026. Service 71 is unable to serve Freemasons Arms or Holmesdale School stops during this closure.
Service 8/8A - Lightmoor Way, Lightmoor

Service 35 - Eccleston Street (St Helens)

Eccleston Street will be closed Westbound between Westfield Street and Boundary Road from Monday 13 October 2025 for approximately 6 weeks.

Service 7 & 110 - Old Liverpool Road

Old Liverpool Road (Great Sankey) is closed until 19/12 for flood defence works.
Services 7 & 110 are diverting at Liverpool Road via Sankey Way, the last stop before services divert is Brookside Avenue then Liverpool Road/Crossfield's in both directions.
Road Closure: Loose Road, Maidstone

From Monday 20 October, Loose Road Maidstone will be closed between The Wheatsheaf and Boughton Lane for 5 weeks due to emergency gas repairs. Services 5 and 89 will not be able to serve any stops between The Wheatsheaf and Linton Corner and instead during this period will be diverting via Sutton Ro
Road Closure Old Liverpool Rd Sankey Services 7 & 110

Old Liverpool Rd at Sankey will be closed for major roadworks daily between 09:30 & 15:30 until 28/02/2026. Services 7 & 110 will divert via Sankey way in both directions between these times. Delays are possible, please allow extra time for your journey
Service 80, 80A, 86A, 166, 188 & 201 - Church Road/Woolton Road (Garston)

Church Road leading onto Woolton Road will be closed between St Marys Road and Horrocks Avenue from Monday 3 November 2025 for approximately 4 weeks.

Service 104 - Longdon Upon Tern

Between 3 – 28 November service 104 will be unable to operate normal line of route through Longdon Upon Tern, due to a road closure for bridge repairs. View diversion details here https://bit.ly/47ebx7O
Service 2 and 2A - Route change - Newbridge
+
From 16/11 route changes will be made to services 2 & 2A to better serve Pentre and Newbridge.
From Wrexham journeys will be re-routed to run via Park Road onto Newbridge Road & B5605 on to the A5 then back onto current route to Oswestry. Returning to Wrexham via the reverse.
Service X6 - Walsgrave Rd, Coventry

Walsgrave Rd, Coventry will be closed between Burns Rd & Sky Blue Way between 7pm-6am each night, from 6 November for a period of 4 weeks.
Service X6 will divert via Burns Rd & Binley Rd during these times.
Rays Hill Closure - Diversion in place

Rays Hill is currently closed, until it reopens on the 17th November we are diverting our services down Bull Hill. We will be picking passengers up on the corner of Bull Hill as we cannot currently serve Millen Court.
Service 14, 14X and 898 - East Lancashire Road (Kirkby)
+
The left turn from A580 East Lancashire Road into Moorgate Road North will be closed from Friday 7 November 2025 for approximately 3 weeks.

Services 1A & 1C - Radford Street
+
From 10 November – 4 December Radford Street will be closed between 0800 - 1530.
Services 1A & 1C will be unable to serve stops on Warren St, Bower St and Radford St.
Your nearest stops will be on London Rd, Shardlow Rd and Harvey Rd.
Services will run as normal on weekends.
Service 7 - Thomas Drive (Broad Green)

Thomas Drive will be closed Westbound towards Queens Drive from Tuesday 11 November 2025 for approximately 6 weeks.

Services A & CN6 - Windsor Drive

Due to roadworks Windsor Drive will be closed Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm from 10 - 22 November 2025. Services A & CN6 will be diverted via Park Road North. The bus stops on Park Road North will be served.
Services A, L, Z,1, X1 & 32 delays
+
Due to gas works roadworks until 17 November, there are 4-way traffic lights in place at the junction of Waller Avenue and Dunstable Road.
Services A, L, Z,1, X1 & 32 are suffering serving severe delays.
Service 409 - Main Street (Little Smeaton)

Due to the closure of Main Street Little Smeaton service 409 is diverting from Little Smeaton straight onto Willowbridge Road, then onto Norton & Kirk Smeaton Road to Kirk Smeaton Village onto Went Edge Road to re-join route.
Service 48 - Wigston

Leicester Rd/Bull Head St, Wigston will be closed 8pm-6am weekdays only, commencing 10 November for a period of 3 weeks.
Service 48 towards Wigston Magna will divert via Asquith Way, Shackerdale Rd & Aylestone Lane.
Buses towards Leicester are unaffected.
Service X84 - North Street, Rugby

North Street, Rugby, heading towards Rugby, will be closed from 17 November for 5 days.
Service X84 will divert via Corporation Street & Lawrence Sheriff Street.
Buses towards Leicester are unaffected.
Service 61, 61A, 68, 80, 80A & 201 - Rose Lane (Mossley Hill)

Rose Lane will be closed between Millersdale Road and Dovedale Road on Monday 17 November 2025 for approximately 1 day, between 0930 and 1630.

Service 61 & 68 - Thingwall Road (Wavertree)

Thingwall Road will be closed Westbound between Queens Drive and Fieldway on Monday 17 November 2025 for approximately 1 day, between 0900 and 1600.

Moss Lane will be closed between Cobham Avenue and Burwen Drive on Friday 14 November 2025 for approximately 1 day, between 0930 and 1530.

Services 481 and 483 - Orchard Road bus stop

Due to planned road works, Orchard Road bus stop in Northfleet will be closed for the next 6 month in both directions, and will not be served by services 481 and 483.

Due to increased traffic around the York Christmas Markets, the 415 service may experience delays over the festive period.
Please check before you travel, especially on weekends, when the city is expected to be busier than usual.

Service 61B, 80A & 201 - Queens Drive (Allerton)

The right turn from Queens Drive, Menlove Avenue and Allerton Road (Southbound only) will be closed on 17/11 for 1 night, between 2100 and 0600 the next day.

Service 37 - Bowhill Grove, Leiceste

Cornerstone Telecommunications will close Bowhill Grove, Leicester on 17 November between 08:00 - 18:00.
Service 37 will divert via Station Lane & Thurncourt Road. Nearest bus stops will be Scraptoft Lane & Thurncourt Road.
Services X26 and X27
+
From Monday 17 November for 5 days Victoria Road in Darlington will be closed for roadworks.
Services X26 and X27 will divert and unable to serve stops on Victoria Road, Darlington Rail
Station, Park Lane and Parkside. Please use stops at Feethams or South Park.
Service X93 - Spital Bridge (Whitby)

From Monday 17 November for 5 evenings the road into Whitby from Scarborough will be closed at Spital Bridge from 1900 hours affecting service X93.

Service 61 & 61A - Honey's Green Lane (West Derby)

Honey's Green Lane will be closed between Eaton Road and Blackmoor Drive from Monday 17 November 2025 for 2 days, between 0930 and 1430 each day.

Service 699 - Mount Pleasant (Liverpool City Centre)

Mount Pleasant will be closed between Roscoe Street and Oxford Street from Monday 17 November 2025 for approximately 3 nights, between 2100 and 0600 each night.

Conway Street / Birkenhead Bus Station

Conway Street will be closed 10/11 for 3 weeks between 2100 & 0600 each night Monday to Friday only. As a result, services will not be able to call at Birkenhead Bus Station.

Spa Road, Southend - Diversion

From Sunday 23rd November - Sunday 7th December: Due to a water main works, all Service 7 & 8 buses will be unable to serve Spa Road.
During this time both services will divert via Southend Road in both directions.
Service H - Bedford Road (Houghton Regis)
+
Due to roadworks on Bedford Road from 17/11 to 28/11 between 0900 & 1530. Route H will operate to Thorn via Chalk Hill. Buses will serve Thorn in an anticlockwise loop via Thorn Road and West Highlands Drive before returning to Dunstable & Luton via Dunstable Northern Bypass.
Hoddesdon Road Closure

Hoddesdon Road, St Margarets will be closed from the 17th to 19th November (8pm-5am)
During this time we will divert via A1170 in both directions
Tysea Road Closure

Until 18th November: Service 4 in Harlow will be unable to serve Tysea Road due to the road being closed.

Service 321 - Harpenden

Due to temporary traffic lights and Gas works in Harpenden which are expected to be in place until 21 November, Route 321 in subject to delays until work is completed.
Diversion Service 204 Chelwood Ave Childwall

Due to failed temporary Lights at Bowring Pk Rd / Chelwood Ave, service 204 will divert via Bentham Dr, Score Lane, & Rocky Lane, omitting Chelwood Ave & a section of Bowring Pk Rd in both directions. We expect services to resume normal route by 10:00
Diversion Service 3A Chelwood Ave Childwall

Due to failed temp lights at Bowring Pk Rd / Chelwood Ave, service 3A will divert via Childwall Valley Rd, Naylorsfield Dr, Naylor's Rd, Wheathill Rd & Tarbock Rd in both directions, omitting Chelwood Ave, a section of Bowring Pk Rd & Roby Rd. We expect services to resume normal route by 10:00
St Marys Road 82 82A

Due to roadworks on St Marys Road Service 82/ 82A will operate via Garston Way in both directions
Services 4 and 33 - Great Monks St
+
Great Monks St will be closed between Abbey Hill roundabout and Hodge Lea from 0930 – 1630 each day from 17 – 28 November. Services 4 and 33 will divert through Stacey Bushes via Erica Rd and Briar Hill, then onto Millers Way before returning to normal route. In both directions.
Service X6 - Stony Stratford and Queen Eleanor St
+
Stony Stratford and Queen Eleanor St will have multiple closures from 9pm on 17/11 until 6am on 18/11. Service X6 will divert via A5 south after serving Old Stratford and run direct to Milton Keynes Train Station. No access to Stony Stratford, Watling Street or Fairfields.
Service 626 - Gateforth Lane (West Haddlesey)

Gateforth Lane (West Haddlesey) is closed on 17, 18 & 19 November, school service 626 will divert via Birkin Road, Roe Lane & Hillam Road to re-join the normal route at Gateforth Village, this will be both AM & PM journeys.
Service 6 - Stony Stratford and Queen Eleanor St
+
Stony Stratford and Queen Eleanor St will have multiple closures from 9pm on 17/11 until 6am on 18/11. Service 6 will divert via Great Monks St and Millers Way in both directions. No service for Stony Stratford, Galley Hill or Fullers Lade.
