Service 419 - Morpeth and Mitford

Road Closure Old Liverpool Rd Sankey Services 7 & 110
+
Old Liverpool Rd at Sankey will be closed for major roadworks daily between 09:30 & 15:30 until 28/02/2026. Services 7 & 110 will divert via Sankey way in both directions between these times. Delays are possible, please allow extra time for your journey
Services 481 and 483 - Orchard Road bus stop
+
Due to planned road works, Orchard Road bus stop in Northfleet will be closed for the next 6 month in both directions, and will not be served by services 481 and 483.
Service X38 Derby Street/Borough Street (Burton on Trent)
+
From 05.01.26 Derby Street, Borough Street & Wellington Street will be closed for approximately 4 months. Service X38 will divert via Horninglow Street and Guild Street to Union Street. Not serving any stops along Derby Street or Burton Train Station.
Service LC12 - Ratcliff Curley

Sibson Road & Main Road, Ratcliff Curley will be closed from the 19 January 2026 until 18 March 2026.
Service LC12 will be unable to serve Ratcliff Culey during this time and will divert via the A444 in both directions.
Service 10, 10A, 11, and 11A, F5 & X4 - Shotton & Ewloe Works

Major roadworks starting early January in Shotton and Ewloe, and are expected to last for up to 6 months. Due to expected additional congestion, please allow extra travel time.
Service 476 - Selby Road
+
Selby Road (near the Jolly Millar) is closed until 27/02.
Selby & Hensell temporary stop at Horse & Jockey, Whitley / Beal and onto Pontefract temporary stop adjacent to The Hut Green garage.
All normal stops along Selby road will be suspended during this period.
Queensway Roundabout Diversion

Due to the closure of junctions of Queensway roundabout, the following services cannot serve stops listed below until 21st January 2027
Service 2 to Shoeburyness Renown

Service 52A (eves) - Old Roan (Aintree)

Due to the closure of the right turn from Dunnings Bridge Road onto Park Lane West, evening journeys to Old Roan on service 52A will divert via Park Lane to Aintree Station - omitting Dunnings Bridge Road, Copy Lane and Old Roan Station Interchange until further notice.
Service X30 - Sutton Weaver Swing Bridge

Between 15th and 21st February, Sutton Weaver Swing Bridge will be closed.
Service X30 will divert via the M56 between Sutton Weaver & Helsby in both directions.
The Canal & River Trust is providing a free shuttle bus during the closure.
Service 3A & 3C - Weston Road (Runcorn)

Between 9th February and 23rd February services 3A & 3C will be unable to service Weston Road due to planned gas works. Service will divert via Heath Road South, Moughland Lane and Weston Road in both directions. Omits a section of Weston Road.
Service X30 - Preston Brook (Halton)
+
Due to a road closure in Preston Brook between 16/02 & 8/03, service X30 will divert at Halton Hospital via the busway, Gooseberry Lane, Windmill Hill Avenue East, Windmill Hill Avenue North, Manor Park Avenue & Daresbury Expressway in both directions.
Runcorn High Street
+
Due to the closure of Runcorn High Street between 9/02 & 22/02 services will divert via Lieria Way & Bridgewater Expressway.
61 & 79C will not serve Runcorn Train Station, 3A, 3C, 20, 20A & 82A will continue to serve Runcorn Train Station
898 & 899 evening diversion - East Lancashire Road

Arriva 898/899 evening services towards Kirkby will be diverted away from serving East Lancashire Road on Tuesday 20th January 2026 for approximately 4 weeks.

Services 27 & N27 - A49 Hereford Rd

Services 27 & N27 will be unable to serve A49 Hereford Rd, between Bayston Hill & Bayston Hill r/about, between 2000 – 0600 from 2 - 28 Feb.
Buses will run via Pulley Ln, Lansdowne Rd, Lythwood Rd, Glebe Rd, Beeches Rd, Lythwood Rd, Overdale Rd, Pulley Ln, Hereford Rd to route.
Service 408 - Thorpe Audlin Village

Due to roadworks on Wentbridge Road from 26/01 until 6/03, service 408 will start/finish at Wentbridge Village (Great North Road), omitting Wentbridge Rd, Thorpe Lane/Doncaster Rd, Thorpe Lane & Thorpe Audlin Village.
Services X2 & X3 - Water Eaton Road or Brooklands Road

Due to long term roadworks, Services X2 & X3 towards Milton Keynes will not serve Water Eaton Road or Brooklands Road and will instead divert via Manor Road and Vicarage Road until aprox. 12 April 2026.
Service 3A - Hartsbourne Avenue (Belle Vale)

Hartsbourne Avenue will be closed between Childwall Valley Road and Chislehurst Avenue from 5/02 for approximately 5 weeks.

Service 29 - Ashby Road, Coalville
+
Severn Trent Water & Network Power will close Ashby Road, Coalville from 14 – 22 February.
Service 29 towards Swadlincote will divert via Whitwick Rd & Stephenson’s Way.
Nearest bus stop will be Memorial Square stand 3.
Service 8 - Friar Gate
+
Between 9 - 20 February 2026 Friar Gate will be closed one way between Bridge Street and Stafford Street, due to planned roadworks. Service 8 will not be able to serve Larges Street, Friar Gate (B8) & Bold Lane Car Park bus stops inbound during these closures.
Services 56 & 56A - Scraptoft Lane, Leicester

Scraptoft Lane, Leicester, between A47 & Hungarton Boulevard, will be closed from 13 -22 February.
Services 56 & 56A will divert via Uppingham Rd & Colchester Road in both directions.
All bus stops will be served on diversion.
Services 16 & 127 - Leicester Road & Forest Road, Shepshed

Leicester Road & Forest Road, Shepshed will be closed from 16 – 18 February between 07:00 & 18:00.
Services 16 & 127 will divert from the Bullring via Charnwood Rd A512 in both directions
Your nearest bus stop will be the Bullring & Ashby Rd East.
Services 48 & 49 - Welford Rd, Leicester

Welford Rd, Leicester will be closed towards Wigston from 8am on 16 February until 5pm 20 February.
Services 48 & 49 towards Wigston will divert via Victoria Park Rd, Queens Rd & Chapel Lane.
Buses towards Leicester are unaffected.
Woolfall Heath 7,8 and 9

Due to roadworks on Woolfall Heath Service 7, 8 and 9 will operate via Liverpool Road in both directions. Omitting Woolfall Heath, Hillside Road (8 and 9) and Primrose Drive (7)
Service 483: Alkerden Lane Diversion
+
From 16th February – 20th February 2026: Due to the installation of a new junction on Alkerden Lane, Service 483 will be diverted due to the above road closure. Swanscombe village will not be served during the duration of the roadworks.
Service X84 - Leicester Rd (A426), Rugby
+
Leicester Rd (A426), Rugby, will be closed at night time between 7pm – 5am from 16 February – 16 March.
Service X84 will be unable to serve stops between Technology Dr & Gibbet Lane.
Buses will divert via Technology Way, Crowthorns, Newton Manor Lane & Watling Street (A5).
Sandy lane 310 375 385
+
Due to the closure of Sandy Lane (Skelmersdale War Memorial) Services 310, 375 and 385 will operate via Ormskirk Road and Neverstitch Road.
Service LC12 - Ratcliffe Culey
+
Severn Trent Water have ongoing works around the Ratcliffe Culey, meaning the following roads will close.
Sibson/Main Road - 9 February until 18 March.
Atherstone Road – 20 April until 20 May.
Service LC12 will divert via A444 in both directions during these times.
Service 15 - Grange Road, Hugglescote
+
Leicestershire County Council will close Grange Road, Hugglescote between 16 – 22 February.
Service 15 will divert via Forest Rd, Bardon Rd (A511) in both directions.
Nearest bus stops can be found at Sence Valley Road & Fairfield Road.
Services 47 & 48 - Saffron Lane
+
Services 47 & 48 will be unable to serve Saffron Lane, between Saffron Crossroads & Dorset Ave, from 6am on 14 February to the 18 February due to roadworks.
Buses will divert via Stonesby Ave & Dorset Ave.
Delays are expected. Please allow extra time for your journey.
Services 27, 28, 29 and 29A - Groby Road, Leicester

The outbound carriageway of Groby Road, Leicester will be closed between the junctions of New Parks Way and Gynsill Lane, Leicester between 19:00 and 06:00 from 16 – 18 February.
Services 27, 28, 29 and 29A will divert outbound via A563, Anstey Lane and Gynsill Lane.
Services 68 & 68A - Lower Breck Road (Anfield)

On 16/02 Lower Breck Road (Anfield) will be closed one way from the junction of Townsend Lane to outside the LFC Supporters Club 0930 and 1430.
Services 68 & 68A (towards Aigburth only) will divert via Walton Breck Rd, Breck Rd onto Lower Breck Rd
Service 100 - Hortonwood 30
+
Between 16 February – 27 March service 100 will be unable to serve Hortonwood 30, between Hortonwood 33 and Hortonwood 37. For diversion details visit https://bit.ly/4rDSdrS
Service 52A - Orrell Road (Litherland)

Orrell Road will be closed in both directions between Spooner Avenue and Church Road from Monday 16 February 2026 for 4 days.

Service 3A - Lower Road (Halewood)

Lower Road will be closed between Greensbridge Lane and Finch Lane from Friday 13 February 2026 for approximately 6 or 7 weeks.

Service 63 - College Road (Crosby)

From 14/02 until 22/02, due to roadworks on College Road (Crosby) service 63 will be diverted.
From Bootle via Liverpool Road, Coronation Road & Islington. From Aintree University Hospital via Coronation Road, Liverpool Road & Crosby Road North
Service 61, 61A & 61B - Leyfield Road (West Derby)

On Saturday 14th February 2026 for approximately 15 days, Leyfield Road (West Derby) will be closed at the junction of Vineside Road between Yew Tree Lane and Honeys Green Lane
Services will divert via Mill Lane, Barnfield Drive & Eaton Road in both directions
Liverpool ONE Bus Station (Stands 6-10)

Loop - Chaffron Way

Chaffron Way, between Brickhill Street and Tongwell Street, will be closed from 0930 – 1630 on 13, 16 and 17 February. Loop will divert via Brickhill Street, Standing Way and Tongwell Street in both directions, to and from Kingston District Centre.
Services 5 & 5A - Chain Lane

Chain Lane will be closed on the 16 & 18 February. Services 5 & 5A will divert via Burton Road/Manor Road/Uttoxeter New Road. Unable to serve Derby School and Chain Lane bus stops. The closure is weather dependent and may not go ahead.
Service 61, 81 & 81A - Childwall Abbey Road (Childwall)

Childwall Abbey Road, between Childwall Park Avenue and Taggart Avenue will be closed on 16/02, between 0930 and 1530.

From 16/02 for 4 days between 0800 and 1700, Nutgrove Road (Thatto Heath) will be closed from the junction of Wesley Hall Gardens to the junction of Govett Road.
10A will divert via Elton Head Road, Nutgrove Hall Drive & Nutgrove Road in both directions
Service 471 - Irby Road (Heswall)

From 16/2 until 15/3, Irby Road (Heswall) will be closed in both directions from the junction of Pensby Hall Lane to the junction of Richmond Way.
471will divert via Mere Lane & Telegraph Road in both directions.
Service H - Houghton Regis Morrisons and Bedford Road
+
From 16 - 20 February service H will not serve Houghton Regis Morrisons or Bedford Road, due to roadworks. The service will divert via Houghton Road and Watling Street, between Portland Close (Lidl) and Thorn Road, in both directions.
Services X2 & X3 - Water Eaton Road

Due to roadworks on Water Eaton Road from 0930 – 1630 on 16 February, services X2 & X3 will divert via Princes Way, Queensway, Vicarage Road and Manor Road on journeys to Luton. This is in addition to the long-term diversion already in place for journeys towards Milton Keynes.
London Street 46

Due to the closure fo London Street Service 46 will operate via Lord Street, Manchester Road, Hoghton Street in both directions. Between 16:00 - Last Bus
London Street 44

Due to the closure of London Street, Service 44 from Formby will operate via Lord Street,Manchester Road,Hoghton Street,Church Road,Derby Road and London Street resuming service from Hoghton Street to crossens.Service from Crossens to Formby will be reverse between 16:00 Midnight
Service X4 - Ashley Way, Widnes

Ashley Way, Widnes is closed until 21 February. Service X4 is diverting via via Moor Lane, Victoria Road, Lugsdale Road & Greenoaks way. No stops will be missed but delays are expected.
Swanscombe Village

Until 20th Feb 2026: Due to the installation of a new road junction at Alkerden Road Swanscombe, Service 483 will not be able to serve Swanscombe Village.
