Service X14 will not be able to serve the above stops due to the road being closed between 09:30-15:30 on these dates
B6341 Closure Rothbury -Thropton
From the 24th of August to the 27th of August, inclusive, service X14 will be unable to serve Thropton between 09:30 and 15:30. During this time, the service will terminate at The Queens Head Pub, turn left down Bridge Street, leading onto Station Road, then turn left onto Shepherds Walks, passed the fire station and reverse in the below area, to return to service at The Queens Head.
Service Changes - Northumberland
We’ll be making changes to a number of services across Northumberland and Tyne and Wear from Sunday 30 August 2026. These changes follow recent contract reviews by both Northumberland County Council and Nexus.

Services heading into Newcastle will not be entering Regent Centre and instead serving the bus stop on Great North Road after Christon Road Junction as a substitute stop .
Services exiting Newcastle will enter the Regent Centre and do a U turn and pick up and drop off at the stands that usually pick up heading into Newcastle.
Service 419 Morpeth to Wallington Hall and Scots Gap
Following the reopening of the B6343 in the Mitford area after a long term closure, service 419 will return to normal route from 22nd August for the last two weekends of Arriva operation.
