From Tuesday 20th October 2026 until Thursday 22nd October 2026, Church Road, Halewood will be closed from its junction with Helston Avenue to its interface with Cartbridge Lane roundabout restricting the direction of travel to south bound only, due to water mains repair works.

• From Halewood left on to Leathers Lane, right on to Higher Road, right on to Mackets Lane, left on to Halewood Drive and resume normal route to Liverpool
Omits: Leathers Lane, Wood Road, Hollies Road, Church Road, Okell Drive and Lydiate Lane
Service 79
• From Liverpool as normal to Halewood
• From Halewood, left on to Leathers Lane, right on to Higher Road, right on to Mackets Lane, right on to Lydiate Lane, left on to Gerrards Lane and resume normal route to Liverpool

• From Belle Vale as normal to Baileys Lane, continue on to Greenbridge Lane, left on to Netherley Road, right on to Caldway Drive and resume normal service to Belle Vale
