Diversions are in place on the 81, 166 & 188 because of a road closure at Speke Hall Road services will be going via Woodend Ave in both directions.
Diversion on the 68 & 68A - Queens Drive (Mossley Hill)
Queens Drive will be closed (northeasterly only), between North Mossley Hill Road and Dovedale Road, from Monday 25 May 2026 for approximately 26 days.

Speke Hall Road, between Speke Boulevard and Goodlass Road, will be closed from Monday 8 June 2026, between 1900 and 0500 each night (Monday to Friday only).
Due to the congestion caused by these ongoing roadworks services 81,166 and 188 will also use the diversion route from 0700am until last bus until further notice.

Anfield Stadium Summer Concerts in June 2026, on Friday 12 June; Thursday 25 June; Saturday 27 June and Tuesday 30 June will require various road closures from 1600 on Walton Breck Road, Anfield Road, Arkles Lane, Priory Road and Skerries Road.

Diversion on the 61 & 61A
Diversions are in place on the 61 & 61A because of roadworks at the rocket junction M62 services are all diverted via east Prescot road, queens drive, over the rocket fly over both ways omitting broad green road and old swan.
Diversion on the 81 & 81A
Diversions are in place on the 81 & 81A because of roadworks causing severe congestion at The Rocket/Broadgreen all services will be using the flyover not the slip roads either side, until further notice. Thank you.

Diversions are in place on the 68 & 68B because of roadworks at the rocket M62 service 68b will operate from old swan in both directions omitting broad green road service 68 towards Bootle only will divert over the rocket flyover along queens drive then through old swan as normal route.

Diversions are in place on the 26, 27 & 68 because of police activity. "6 and 27 will operate via Robson St, Breck Rd and Breckfield Rd in both directions. 68 will operate via Priory Rd in both directions.
