Arriva services in St Helens
The majority of services in the St Helens area will become part of the Liverpool City Region's Franchised Bus Network from 6th September 2026, and will no longer be be operated by Arriva.

Wilson Road will be closed, at Huyton Hey Road, Hall Lane and St Johns Road, between 1900 and 0500 each night, from Monday 24 August for approximately 5 weeks.
More informationDiversion on the 61 - Albert Road (Widnes)
From Monday 20th April for approximately 6 months, services will be unable to serve Albert Road in Widnes due to the pedestrianisation works.
For the duration of these works services will divert via Marzahn Way onto Peelhouse Lane and resuming normal route towards Liverpool.
Journeys towards Runcorn are unaffected.
New Diversion for the 7
Due to roadworks at Sankey Bridges all Warrington bound services after 19:00 will be via Lovely Lane and Winwick Road into Warrington Interchange. Services towards Liverpool is as normal
