Diversion on the 79C - Netherley Road (Tarbock Green)
Diversions are in place on the 79C because of roadworks on Netherley Road between Arley Drive & Childwall Valley Road on the following dates -
· Monday 3rd August 2026 to Friday 7th August 2026 – 1900-0500hrs (5 nights)
· Wednesday 12th August 2026 – 0930-1530hrs (1 day)
· Wednesday 19th August 2026 – 0930-1530hrs (1 day)
· Monday 24th August 2026 to Thursday 27th August 2026 – 1900-0500hrs (4 nights)
· Tuesday 1st September 2026 to Friday 4th September 2026 – 1900-0500hrs (4 nights)
Diversion on the 61 - Albert Road (Widnes)
From Monday 20th April for approximately 6 months, services will be unable to serve Albert Road in Widnes due to the pedestrianisation works.
For the duration of these works services will divert via Marzahn Way onto Peelhouse Lane and resuming normal route towards Liverpool.
Journeys towards Runcorn are unaffected.
Diversion on the 110 Mon - Fri 19:00/1:00
Pink eye roundabout will be closed for the next 8 weeks between 19:00/1:00 Monday – Friday.

RUNCORN – WARRINGTON
Normal route to the end of Old Liverpool Road onto pink eye roundabout take the first exit onto Sankey way, turn right at the traffic lights (Cromwell Ave). Follow the road ahead going straight on at the next 8 roundabouts. When you get to the end of the road you come to another roundabout (Aldi) turn right 3rd exit onto Winwick Road. Follow the road ahead until you see a large Tesco store on your right (Warrington rugby ground) at the traffic light you are turning right into the bus gate. At the roundabout go straight on towards Warrington central train station. At the next roundabout turn right to enter the bus station.
Diversion on the X30
Diversions are in place on the X30 because of roadworks. Exit the bus station via Scotland Road, left onto Buttermarket Street (TEMP BUS STOP) follow the road onto Dial Steet to the roundabout, 3rd exit onto Mersey street follow the road to Bridgefoot. Back on route.

Diversion on the 7 & 61 - Cronton Road (Huyton)
Cronton Road, between Wilson Road and Tarbock Roundabout, will be closed from Monday 17 August for approximately 5 nights, between 2000 and 0500 each night.
