Airport Bus Station
Routes 5 & 6 - Lygetun Drive
Roadworks will be in place daily from 0800-1800 on Lygetun Drive (Marsh Farm).
During these times, Routes 5 and 6 will be diverted via Bramingham Road.
As a result, the following bus stops will not be served:
• Axe Close
• Sherd Close
Passengers are advised to use the nearest alternative bus stops at:
• Five Springs
• Woodlands Secondary School

Route 5 - Trinity Road
Roadworks will be in place daily from 0800-1800 on Trinity Road.
During these times, Route 5 will be diverted via Bristol Road and Blundell Road.
As a result, the following bus stops will not be served:
• African Caribbean Centre (Trinity Road)
• Tintagel Close (outside Tesco Express)

Route 5 - Icknield Way & Bramingham Road
Roadworks will be in place daily from 0900-1600 on Icknield Way and Bramingham Road
During these times, Route 5 will be diverted via Gooseberry Hill, Catsbrook Road, Swasedale Road & Watermead Road in both directions
As a result, the following bus stops will not be served:
• Grasmere Avenue (near The Jolly Milliner)
• Ailsworth Road (Bramingham Road)

Stopsley Diversion
From 18th July until 25th September there will be no service through Stopsley. Due to the planned roadworks within Stopsley we will not be able to serve Lynwood Avenue, Stopsley Primary School in either direction. Our buses will divert via A505 Stopsley Way. The nearest bus stops to board our services will be Jansel House, Deep Denes or Inspire.
Lister Hospital Bus Terminus Closure
Lister Hospital will be closed in preparation for the refurbishment and add an additional bus stop. Please use the dolly stops located by the service road closest to Premier Inn Hotel. This closure will be in effect until November 25th.
Diversion on the 301, 100, 101, 55 & SB8
Diversions are in place on the 301, 100, 101, 55 SB8 & SB9 because of roadworks at Stevenage Old Town High Street until December 2026. Diversion serving Primett Road southbound, and Letchmore Road and Church Lane northbound using temporary bus stops.
