On Monday 26th October 2026 until Monday 16th November 2026, Seaforth Road will be closed in both directions from the junction of Muspratt Road to the junction of Crosby Road South.

Service 144 from Pendle Drive will run as normal to Church Road, then via Bridge Road, Linacre Road, Knowsley Road to Rimrose Road and resume normal route to Bootle Bus Station. Omits a section of Bridge Road, Seaforth Road, and a section of Crosby Road South.
