Updates to our services in Bedfordshire August 26
Today
We’ll be making some timetable and route changes In Bedfordshire from 30 August 2026.
Most updates focus on improving reliability and keeping buses running on time. Minor timetable adjustments will affect services 5, 6, 7, 12, H, L, X2/X3, X14, and Greenline 757, while some routes will see additional journeys or changes based on customer feedback.
Some lightly used journeys and services are being withdrawn, with alternative services provided where possible.
We'll add links to the new timetables below once they're available but you can find out more details of the changes below:
5 Luton to Marsh Farm
6 Luton to Marsh Farm
We're making very small changes to the times of buses, in the early mornings and evenings, to keep buses running on time.
7 Luton to Linmere
There will be minor changes to the timetable in the afternoons, following customer feedback. The first morning journey will now serve Ocado at the requests of customers.
12 Luton to Stopsley
We're making some small changes to the timetable to improve reliability and to help keep buses running on time.
H Luton to Dunstable
We're making changes to the timetable to improve reliability and help keep buses running on time.
There will be additional journeys introduced at 0737 from Luton and 1525 from Dunstable. A small number of very lightly used journeys are withdrawn.
L Luton to Linmere
We're making changes to the timetable to improve reliability and help keep buses running on time. A small number of very lightly used journeys are withdrawn.
Cardinal Newman Schools

QA1 Linmere to Queensbury Academy
Unfortunately, due to very low usage this service will be withdrawn. Additional journeys are introduced on Service H to and from Dunstable Town Centre in replacement.
X1 Luton to Milton Keynes fast
X2/X3 Milton Keynes to Luton Airport
We're making some changes to the timetable to improve reliability and to help keep buses running on time.
Following customer feedback, a journey on service X2 will now also serve Stanbridge at 0750 and Tilsworth at 0755 to provide an earlier arrival into Dunstable and Luton.
Journeys towards Luton will now stop at bus stop L3 at Milton Keynes, The Point.
There will also be an earlier arrival on service X3 into Central Milton Keynes on Mondays to Fridays commencing from Leighton Buzzard Railway Station at 0619, arriving in to Milton Keynes at 0700
X14 Milton Keynes to Aylesbury fast
X15 Aylesbury to Milton Keynes
Service X14 continues to provide fast peak time journeys between Aylesbury and Milton Keynes. The timetable has been revised to improve reliability and help keep buses running on time. Bletchley Bus Station will no longer be served to provide a faster link into Central Milton Keynes. Due to very low usage the daytime journeys between Newton Leys and Central Milton Keynes will be withdrawn. Service X2 will continue to serve St Helena Avenue hourly offering quick links to Central Milton Keynes. Due to low usage service X15 will no longer operate, customers from Leighton Buzzard and Wing should use service X4 to and from Sir Henry Floyd School in Aylesbury.
Greenline 757 Luton and Luton Airport to London
We're making changes to the timetable to better align with the Luton Airport flight schedule and improve reliability and help keep coaches running on time. The number of journeys extending beyond Luton Town Centre to and from Leagrave are reduced to better align with demand.
