We are currently recruiting for a Depot Administrator to be based at our Stevenage Depot to provide a flexible and comprehensive administration support across the business. This is a key role for our Hertfordshire operations and as such we are looking for a well-rounded and experienced administrator with high levels of customer service skills and knowledge of MS Office:
Investigation & response with regards to customer complaints received from our central team and record details, updating the Operations Managers of any deadlines
Reporting on a number of key management areas such as Lost Mileage, Revenue and complaints
Maintenance and upkeep of Driver records
Deal with any CCTV queries
General correspondence and record filing.
