Terms and conditions for 50% off Yorkshire family ticket

  1. The promotion is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, except employees of Arriva, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
  2. To redeem the promotion customer must enter the code (present on leaflets handed out at the event in Selby on Monday 12th December) when purchasing a Yorkshire Family day ticket online or via the m-ticket app. They will then receive 50% off the Yorkshire Family day ticket. 
  3. The opening date is 9.12.16 and the closing date is 23.12.16. The maximum quantity that can be redeemed is 2000. Customers may only redeem the promotion once.
  4. The promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  5. The decision of Arriva regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  6. By redeeming participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Arriva reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  7. Arriva reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  8. Insofar as is permitted by law, Arriva, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of Arriva, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  9. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion.
  10. The promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
