Arriva Yorkshire employees rewarded at annual Arriva MAD Awards
Three Arriva employees from Yorkshire received awards and commendations at the first-ever Arriva Made a Difference (MAD) Awards.
Jason Dixon and Keith Allen, both based in Dewsbury, and Chris Wilson, a driver from Heckmondwike received a variety of awards for their hard work, dedication and innovation in the company.
Jason Dixon won the MAD Engineer of the Year award for his enthusiasm for his role and encouraging and supporting other engineers, while Keith Allen was recognised for his work as a mentor to new drivers. Chris Wilson was presented the MAD for the environment award for his work with the team at Heckmondwike depot to promote environmental awareness.

“Winning these awards clearly demonstrates they have gone above and beyond the call of duty, showing true professionalism to become inspiring ambassadors for the company, and the region.”
The Arriva MAD Awards form part of a national recognition programme for Arriva employees, and aim to encourage innovation,
