Arriva now serving Calder Business Park
We were at Calder Business Park on 22nd May in celebration of the new 443 service running through Calder Park! Arriva staff gave out free pizza, ran competitions for free day saver tickets and holiday vouchers and offered Calder Park employee’s exclusive Employee Travel Club discounts.
Our Employee Travel Club helps employees in businesses across Yorkshire save money on their bus travel to work! If you missed out on our event, fear not! Employees at Calder Park can still take advantage of these amazing offers!
Employees of Calder Park were encouraged to complete a free entry form to be in with a chance of winning £500 worth of Thomas Cook vouchers, the lucky winner of which was Josh Raven.
Josh Raven, Head of Customer Service, Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire said; “It’s great that Arriva are now serving Calder Park with the new bus service from Wakefield city centre. Several colleagues I work with have already expressed an interest in using this service, and for those who travel with work, the direct access to Wakefield train station will mean easier connections to UK rail services. The modern buses are also welcomed and show Arriva’s commitment to the new service.”
Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us and, as such, we have listened to customer requests and have organised a change in bus route to accommodate Calder Park at peak times.
We will now be stopping at 4 points around Calder Park which are marked out on the above map in order;
1 – In Appleton Court
2 – Near Minster Law
3 – In Mariner Court
4 – Outside the Audi garage
Buses will arrive at 07:18, 08:34, 09:14, 15:50, 16:30 and 17:28.
