What if I can't see the 'Accessibility and Audio' button?

No worries! It's probably to do with your cookie settings and easily rectified.

If the 'Accessibility and Audio' launch button is missing from the top right-hand corner of your screen you will be unable to benefit from the features it provides.

1. Aceesbility and audio button not appearing

Use the small blue star button containing a 'C' at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to open the cookie controls.

2. Open cookie controls

The 'Accessibility and Audio' features rely on an Optional Functionality cookie and at the moment this is disabled.

3. Optional cookies switched off
Move the Optional Functionality control to 'On' to enable the cookies that control the 'Accessibility and Audio' features. 4. Enable optional cookies
With the Optional Functionality cookies enabled the 'Accessbility and Audio' button appears, allowing you to launch the service. 5. Accessibility and audio button available
