Cunard’s Three Queens

Three Queens, One Magnificent City May 24-26, 2015, Liverpool Waterfront.

Cunard is returning to its spiritual home in Liverpool in May to celebrate its 175th anniversary.

Cunard’s three Queens – Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria – will call at Liverpool between May 24 to May 26, culminating in the three ships meeting on the Mersey for the first time on May 25.

Queen Mary 2 will then return to the cruise terminal on July 4 to recreate the voyage of the first Cunard ship, Britannia, from Liverpool to New York.

This spectacular one-off rendezvous will draw tens of thousands of people to the banks of the Mersey and will live long in the memories of all who witness it.

So don’t miss out this May ... hop on board an Arriva bus to be part of the once-in-alifetime event.

On Bank Holiday Monday 25th May, Arriva services will operate to their Sunday timetables, however additonal buses will be used to increase capacity at certain times.

It will be a busy three days for transport. Whether you’re coming from near or far, make an informed choice about how to get to the event and home again by seeing all your travel options at www.merseytravel.gov.uk
