Putting Customers First
A MAJOR push to improve customer service at Arriva Buses Wales has resulted in the creation of a customer care training programme for staff.
“We have been looking at how we train our drivers to deal with certain types of customers and situations,” said head of operation Simon Finnie. “We have put together a customer care training programme targeted at staff who we feel need additional support and training in customer service skills.
“We, as a company, do lots of driver training and this is a good way to step up our overall focus on this topic.
“I believe this shows our commitment to our customers.”
