Arriva Va-Va-Voom heads to London to  The Employee Engagement Awards

Arri-Va-Va-Voom,  Arriva North East and Yorkshire’s continuous engineering improvement project took centre stage at the Employee Engagement Awards last week, sharing the night with companies such as Lidl, Sony Music and their colleagues at Cross Country Trains.

The Employee Engagement Awards represent the game changers, the forward-thinking businesses that strive to do things differently and put their workforce at the heart of its operation.

Julie Reynolds, Head of Regional HR and Training for Arriva North East and Yorkshire, said: “As a team we are so proud of Arri-Va-Va-Voom, it’s really changed the culture of our engineering function, we are all working together to provide the very best levels of service delivery. The project won three awards last year and it was really great to be nominated at the Employee Engagement Awards, it was a shame we didn’t win but we were so pleased to be recognised once again as a team that’s really making a difference.”
