At Arriva UK Bus we are committed to communicating with our many different audiences through the channels most convenient to them. In 2013 we launched our official LinkedIn page, which has since become the main hub for many of our stakeholder and business partners wanting to engage with us.
The decision to launch on LinkedIn was in direct response to the ongoing success of our customer focused channels, Facebook and Twitter. Arriva UK Bus was the first national bus group to introduce social media across all our operational businesses, allowing greater marketing opportunities and a direct communication channel for customers to comment and contact the business. More than 75,000 customers now follow Arriva in the UK via social media networks.
