Quality Bus Network

A more convenient way to travel

Arriva have partnered with Stagecoach, MerseyTravel and local councils to make bus travel in Merseyside quicker and more convenient.

As part of the Quality Bus Network scheme, certain routes within the Merseyside area provide a frequent 'turn up and go' service and it doesn't matter which bus operator's ticket you have - as long as it's an accepted Arriva or Stagecoach ticket, you can jump on any of those services!

How does the Quality Bus Network work?

  • It improves bus journeys by making bus timetables more regular so you don't have to wait as long
  • There are improved facilities at bus stops so you can get the information you need
  • It offers multi-operator tickets so that certain Arriva tickets can be accepted on Stagecoach services
