Arriva keep Runcorn and Widnes moving
Arriva have introduced several new services following the recent announcement by Halton Transport to cease trading. Ensuring services were available for the people of Runcorn and Widnes the very next day.
Arriva are pleased to announce the extension 61 service from Broadgreen into Liverpool, which has been possible with the support of Merseytravel.

Not only have Arriva introduced new services but have successfully recruited 45 drivers and 4 engineers, though the selection process is still ongoing due to the unprecedented number of candidates.
Regional Managing Director of Arriva North West and Wales, Phil Stone said; ‘It has been incredibly important for us at Arriva to make sure the highest quality drivers and engineers were recruited to ensure smooth operation of all new services.
