Industrial action by Arriva drivers in North West England
Industrial dispute has been resolved

We are delighted to inform customers that an agreement has been reached between Arriva, its drivers and the unions - Unite and GMB, meaning that planned strike activity has been cancelled and there will be no further disruption in the run up to Christmas.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank our customers for bearing with us in recent weeks and for your patience and understanding. We have done our utmost to minimise impact upon our customers and understand the frustrations that disruptions to services cause.
