1. Who can buy an Arriva Student Saver ticket?
It is available to all full-time students at any university, college or sixth form college within the relevant area.
2.Can I share my Arriva Student Saver ticket with a friend?
No, Student Saver tickets are not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued.
3.On which Arriva buses can I use my Arriva Student saver ticket?
An Arriva Student Saver ticket holder can travel on all Arriva North West bus services, EXCEPT for service 82 between Chester and Northwich and special excursions or Park and Ride schemes.
North West area tickets are valid throughout Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Halton and also includes travel in Wrexham.
You can also use it for cross-boundary journeys, provided that you either get on or off the bus in the North West area. You cannot use it for journeys wholly outside the North West.
4.How do I get a Student Saver ticket?
Buy Online using debit or credit card or PayPal and have delivered as a smartcard by Royal Mail within five working days or have delivered to your phone via the m-ticket app.

5.Is it worth the hassle?
Once you've bought your ticket, there's no more digging through your pockets for money, paying the bus driver or using up your change. You will be able to ride as many times as you want without paying a penny extra on bus fares.
Overall, the Arriva student Saver is the cheapest ticket of it's type in the North West. it can be used ANY TIME, ANY DAY, so you can travel to and from college/university in the day AND go out at night.

6.What happens if I lose my Student Saver ticket?
Please try not to! Losing your ticket is like losing money.
However, if you are unfortunate to lose your pass please contact customer services on 0344 800 44 11 who will endevor to replace your pass - We will prosecute anyone attempting to travel on Arriva services with fraudulent or stolen tickets.
7. What happens if I leave university or college before my tickets expires?
Discounted prices related to the student ticket are based on the fixed dates, if your course finishes earlier than the specified date refunds cannot be issued, however, if you leave your course early due to circumstances beyond your control, contact our customer service on 0344 800 44 11.
8. Is my ticket valid on Qulity Partnership Services with Stagecoach?
The ticket isn't valid on partnership services in Liverpool, however, it can be used on Wirral QPS 471/472 and Chester Blacon services.
