Q.  During the severe weather conditions my bus hasn't always been able to operate. Can I have a refund or an extension if I haven't been able to use my Day, Weekly or 4-Weekly Saver as much as I had planned?

A. We are unable to give you a refund or extend any tickets for circumstances which are outside our control.
