Ashington bus services

Stargazing and heritage trails

This scenic mining town is Newcastle's neighbour in Northumberland. It has many charms including its own miniature railway. To get a glimpse into the town's past, explore the Ashington Colliery Heritage Trail or take in the exhibits at Woodhorn Museum, home to the iconic works of the Pitmen Painters, or pop down to the coast. At night, you can eat at one of the many restaurants in town.

We offer several bus routes including a selection of services in and out of Ashington town centre. Our Ashington bus services also run on to Morpeth and Newcastle city centre. Whether you're commuting or visiting, a bus journey is the ideal way to enjoy this beautiful town.
