Victoria Road closure Widnes 2024

For approximately one month between 10 September - 11 October 2024, Victoria Road in Widnes will be closed. 

Due to this road closure we have the following diversion in place which mean 2 bus stops in both directions will be missed on Victoria Road. 

All services Liverpool and Warrington bound normal routes to Victoria Road Junction with Ashley Way lights turn left. Buses will follow Ashley Way to the lights by the McDonalds’ Drive through, turning right onto Moor Lane and follow this route until returning to the normal routes.

All Services Runcorn bound follow normal routes until the roundabout at the bottom of Kingsway. Buses will take the third exit off the roundabout onto Moor Lane to the lights at National Tyres and turn left onto Ashley Way. Route will follow Ashley Way to the next set of lights and turn right onto normal routes.
