Swanscombe High Street Closure

Update from 11 September 2024

Service 497 will resume normal line of route.

Service 480 will remain on diversion. In the event of an emergency (for example should there be an Accident on the A2, and it closes) a service will be able to return to Swanscombe, although, this will be limit only to 2 buses per hour (total).

We would advise all 480 passengers not to rely on the following stops:
•    The Avenue
•    Knockhall Road
•    Craylands Lane
•    The George and Dragon
•    Railway Station
•    Methodist Church

Service 483 will continue to serve Swanscombe via Swanscombe Street, Gunn Road, Bodle Avenue, Manor Road, Alkerden Lane.

Fastrack B service will continue run along London Road serving the following stops:

Towards Bluewater/ Dartford/ Temple Hill:
•    The Avenue
•    Knockhall Road

Towards Gravesend:
•    Craylands Lane
•    Knockhall Road
•    The Avenue
