Service Changes in Doncaster and Selby

We’re making changes to some of our services in Doncaster and Selby from 23rd July 2023.
Service 1, Selby / Selby College to Market Weighton via Holme-upon-Spalding-Moor
This service will no longer run because Selby College have withdrawn its funding.
Service 2, Selby / Selby College to Newport via Camblesforth, Goole Hospital and Howden
This service will no longer run because Selby College have withdrawn its funding. A partial commercial replacement funded by Arriva, service 400, will be introduced for students who board between Newport and Howden.
Service 3, Selby / Selby College to Thorne via Hemingbrough, Howden and Goole Hospital
This service will no longer run because Selby College have withdrawn its funding. A partial commercial replacement funded by Arriva, service 400, will be introduced for students who board at Goole Hospital.
Service 51, Norton to Doncaster via Askern, Campsall and Bentley
Timetable changes are made to early morning journeys to improve reliability.
Service 164, Leeds to Selby via Seacroft Hospital, Cross Gates, The Springs, Thorpe Park, Garforth and Sherburn Industrial Estate / Monk Fryston
There is a major timetable change for this service to improve punctuality. Most journeys will run at different times. Between Cross Gates and Colton, the service is diverted via The Springs and Thorpe Park. New journeys are introduced on Sundays, running every hour between Leeds and East Garforth.
Service 400, Selby to Newport, via Camblesforth, Goole and Howden
A new service introduced on college days to partly replace withdrawn services 2 and 3.
Service 401, Selby to Goole via Camblesforth, Snaith and Rawcliffe
Timetable changes are made to improve the reliability of the service.
Service 415, York to Selby via Designer Outlet, Escrick and Riccall
Timetable changes are made to improve the reliability of the service. Additional morning peak journeys are introduced increasing the frequency from every 20 minutes to every 15 minutes.
Service 496, Wakefield to Upton/Doncaster via Fitzwilliam, Hemsworth and South Elmsall
We’re working with South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to extend some peak time journeys on service 496 from South Elmsall to Doncaster, partly replacing First Bus service 52. Buses will arrive into Doncaster on weekdays at 0645, 0800 and 1730, and on Saturdays at 0700, 0812 and 1730. Buses will leave Doncaster on weekdays at 0653 and 1735, and on Saturdays at 0707 and 1735.
