Closure of Aldergate in Tamworth

From the 19/02/2025 till 07/03/2025 Aldergate, Tamworth will be closed from corporation Street to Hospital Street traffic lights. This impacts some of our services as below;

Service 3
The Outbound route will not operate but will be operating an inbound route only from Fontenaye Road, All Bus Stops on the inbound route will be served, therefore you will need to alight on the opposite side of the road that you normally would.
1 Stop will not be served on Coton Lane.
The inbound route will as normal but will have to take a longer route around the Town Centre to Reach Corporation Street.  
 

Service 65
The Outbound route will be taking a Diversion down Lichfield Street and will not be able to serve the Bus Stop on Albert Road. Your nearest Stop will be on Saxon Drive by Aldi. 
The inbound route will be as normal to Tamworth Train Station, then take the above route in the opposite direction into Corporation Street. The Stop at the Train Station and by Morrisons will not be served, your nearest stops will be Aldi or Corporation Street.
 

Service 785/786
The Outbound route will be taking a Diversion down Lichfield Street and will not be able to serve the Bus Stop on Albert Road. Your nearest Stop will be on Saxon Drive by Aldi.
