Changes to your Milton Keynes Services
From 14 April 2024
We are making some changes to your bus services in Milton Keynes from 14 April.
Service 1 Newport Pagnell to Milton Keynes
We're making some minor changes to the timetable to better connect with schools and colleges, as well as improve our timekeeping.
Service 2/2A Newport Pagnell to Grange Farm
We're making some minor changes to the timetable to better connect with schools and colleges, as well as improve our timekeeping.
Service 3/3A/3S, Milton Keynes to Magna Park
We're making our 3/3A even better by extending our bus network to welcome new residents at Eagle Farm and Glebe Farm developments. Buses will follow a bidirectional circular route between Broughton, Kingston, Glebe Farm, Eagle Farm and Magna Park to allow for easy local connections, as well as a bus direct into the heart of the city centre and the rail station, up to every 15 minutes. We're also improving connectivity to Magna Park with bus timetables focused around shift times.
Service 4, Bletchley to Wolverton
We're making a handful of timetable changes to help improve our timekeeping.
Service 5, Newton Leys to Wolverton
Route 5 will extend to serve more of Newton Leys, with buses running in an anticlockwise loop up to every 20 minutes. You've spoke, we've listened - so we'll also be returning routes 5 and 6 to Windemere Drive in Lakes Estate.
Together, both routes will run up to every 10 minutes between Lakes Estate, Bletchley, Stadium MK, MK Hospital and the city centre.
Route 5 will no longer call at Mount Farm, with all buses now calling at Stadium MK. A more frequent route M6 will call at Mount Farm and John Lewis (Fenny Lock) around core shift times.
Service 6, Lakes Estate to Wolverton
You've spoke, we've listened - so we'll also be returning routes 5 and 6 to Windemere Drive in Lakes Estate. Together, both routes will run up to every 10 minutes between Lakes Estate, Bletchley, Stadium MK, MK Hospital and the city centre. We'll be running to a new timetable which should improve our timekeeping.
Service 7, Wolverton to Milton Keynes
We're making a handful of timetable changes to help improve our timekeeping. Buses on Sundays will all run between the rail station, CMK and Wolverton up to every 40 minutes.
Service 8/8A, Wavendon Gate to Oxley Park and Westcroft
We're making a handful of timetable changes to help improve our timekeeping.
Service M6, Fast to Magna Park from Wolverton or Bletchley
We're introducing more journeys on route M6 around core shift movements for Mount Farm, as well as extending the route to call at John Lewis (Fenny Lock). These journeys directly replace route 5.
