International Museum Day 2022

Wednesday 18th May

Museums have the power to transform the world around us! They are places to learn about our past and open our minds to new ideas.

To celebrate International Museum Day, we’ve put together a few of our favourite museums you can get to by bus.

In the Revolution Gallery, you can learn about Manchester's rich history of inventions and discoveries; in the Textiles Gallery, learn about the city's connection to the cotton industry; and in Experiment, a family-friendly interactive gallery, you see science come to life.
