With your English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) pass you have an extensive network of bus services at your disposal and the big advantage is that you can visit so many places for free!
Whether popping into town, travelling to meet friends or relatives. visiting the doctor or dentist or going for a relaxing day out, your ENCTS pass can get you there.
In the South East, Arriva Southern Counties runs bus services across west Kent, Hertfordshire, parts of Essex and parts of Surrey.
Our buses can be used to reach a number of tourist attractions and, in Kent, we are participating in the Visit Kent 2 for 1 scheme that lets Arriva customers take advantage of some great offers at an exciting range of visitor attractions in the county.
We can also take you to a wide variety of attractions in the other counties that we serve, so why not hop on an Arriva bus and have a free trip to somewhere that you’ve never been before.

Arriva provides services in a number of parts of the south east, including:
- Across West Kent, covering Maidstone, the Medway Towns, the Isle of Sheppey, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Gravesend, Bluewater, Dartford, West Malling, Tenterden, Hawkhurst, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells
- The Cranleigh, Guildford, Woking and Camberley areas of Surrey- Horsham in West Sussex
- Parts of Essex, including Southend, Rayleigh, Rochford, Benfleet, Pitsea, Basildon, Colchester, Harlow and London Stansted Airport
- Most of Hertfordshire, including links to Luton and Aylesbury and a direct service (the 724) that runs from Harlow through Hertfordshire to Uxbridge and London Heathrow Airport.
