Keep on the move in and around Harlow with Arriva

Arriva buses provide a network of services linking the main residential areas with Harlow town centre. There are also frequent buses to Bishop's Stortford and London Stansted Airport plus the Greenline 724 service that runs via Ware, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, St. Albans, Watford, Rickmansworth, Maple Cross, Denham and Uxbridge on its way to London Heathrow Airport.


Local services across Harlow

Arriva’s network of services across the Harlow area provides handy links into town whether you’re going to work, school, college or shopping.

All our buses go to the bus station in the heart of the town centre, at which you can connect with other buses in one convenient location.

Most of the main residential areas are served by Arriva and our great-value-for-money range of day, weekly and four-weekly tickets allow you to travel on as many Arriva buses as you like within the Harlow area for the whole day.

As well as buying your ticket from Arriva drivers, you can buy them online, via your mobile phone and at local shops where you see the PayPoint or Payzone signs.

Travelling further afield?

Our Services 508, 509 and 510 run every ten minutes during the main part of the day on Mondays to Saturdays from Harlow and Old Harlow to Bishop’s Stortford and Stansted Airport.

There are also buses late at night and in the early hours of the morning, plus a half-hourly service on Sundays.

Our hourly Greenline Service 724 gives a direct link to and from London Heathrow Airport.

This service also connects Harlow with Ware, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, St. Albans, Watford, Rickmansworth, Maple Cross, Denham and Uxbridge.

Arriva buses link Harlow with both London Stansted and London Heathrow airports.

London Stansted Airport
There’s a frequent service to London Stansted Airport that runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Services 508, 509 and 510 link Harlow, Old Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and Stansted Airport every ten minutes during the main part of the day on Mondays to Saturdays, with buses throughout the evening, middle of the night and early morning as well – ideal if you work at the airport or need to catch a flight.

Beyond Bishop’s Stortford these buses take three different routes, each running twice an hour, with the 508 going via Takeley, the 509 via Heath Row and the 510 via Forest Hall.

On Sundays there’s a half-hourly daytime frequency, with the same evening, night-time and early morning journeys as on the other days of the week.

London Heathrow Airport
A direct link from Harlow to London Heathrow Airport is provided by Greenline Service 724.

This runs hourly for the main part of the day, with late evening, night-time and early morning buses running seven days a week.

The 724 runs from Harlow Bus Station via Ware, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, St. Albans, Watford, Rickmansworth, Maple Cross, Denham and Uxbridge on its way to the airport, giving lots of handy links for other purposes such as getting to work, school or college, shopping or visiting relatives and friends..
