How long is the journey from Central London to London Luton Airport?
Most journeys take around 90 minutes from London Victoria to London Luton Airport, depending on traffic in and around London. Make sure you leave plenty of time when arriving at the airport. Most airlines recommend you get there three hours before your flight.
How much luggage can I bring with me?
You can bring 2 medium cases (20kg, 70 x 45 x30cm) or 1 large case (20kg, 75 x 50 x 32 cm) onboard. Please make sure you check your airlines baggage allowances.
What stop does the coach go from the airport?
All Greenline 757 coaches arrive to and leave from Bay K at Luton Airport, right outside the terminal building.
Can I reserve a seat on a specific coach?
Our coach service operates on a first come first served basis, no seats or journey times are able to be reserved. This means that if you miss your coach or your flight is delayed, then you can take the next coach.
Do I have to specify a departure time?
No, tickets purchased are not for a specific journey time. Simply take the coach whenever you need to.
Can I purchase a ticket from the driver?
Yes. Single, return and one-week tickets can be bought from your driver. The driver will advise you on the best ticket to get for your needs.
What payment methods do you accept onboard?
You can pay by contactless credit/debit card onboard Greenline 757, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can also pay by cash (£ GBP), with ATMs located in Arrivals (next to Burger King) and opposite the Airport Information Desk.
Can I use a All-Zone or Orbit tickets on the service?
No, these tickets are not valid on the Greenline 757 service.
