Promo code Terms and Conditions

Definitions and Description
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of bus tickets (“Tickets”) by you (“You” or “Your”) using the promotional code WEEKLY (“Promotional Code”) on 15th, 16th 17th 18th or 19th May 2023 (“Promotional Dates”) from Arriva UK Bus Limited, incorporated in England & Wales, with company number 2756876 and its registered office address at 1 Admiral Way, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, SR3 3XP (“Arriva”). Arriva will treat each order (“Order”) for Tickets by You as an offer by You to purchase the Tickets in accordance with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be binding on You when Arriva accepts your Order.

Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promotional Code will be valid for a discount of £5.00 off weekly Tickets within the West Yorkshire zone (“Zone”).

Arriva reserves the right to reject any Ticket or Promotional Code which it reasonably believes to be invalid, out of date, stolen, misappropriated, used on a stolen phone or device, cancelled, or if the Ticket is damaged, defaced or otherwise impaired. Tickets are valid only for the dates or period specified when the Order is accepted by Arriva. Promotional Codes are valid only for the Promotional Dates and within the Zone as specified in these terms and conditions.
