Medway Youth Pass

Medway Council and Arriva have partnered to offer a wide range of discounted products for holders of the Medway Youth Pass.

To obtain the discounts, please register via an Arriva connect account, buy your first product and a connect card will arrive at your designated address. 

To buy more products, simply log in to your Arriva connect account and add more tickets to the existing card you receive.

Please read the following information before registering your smart card and purchasing your tickets:

• Registering your Smart Card - If you haven’t registered your Arriva Connect Card, you’ll need to do this before you access the products by clicking on ‘Order Now’ This option will allow you to register your account, at which point you’ll be able to register your Arriva Connect Card and, subsequently order your products.
• Allow 48 hours for your ticket to become active - You’ll need to allow at least 48 hours for the ticket to become active. We would suggest that if require your ticket to work from a Monday, that you purchase the ticket on a Friday to ensure it’s live on Monday morning for your child’s journey
• Top Up/New Product - If you purchasing a particular type of ticket for the 1st time i.e. weekly, 4 weekly or termly, you need to select ‘New Product’. For all subsequent purchases, select ‘Top Up’ if you are buying same ticket type. Please only use ‘New Product’ if you are changing ticket type i.e. weekly to 4 weekly. If you receive a replacement card from us, you simply need follow the same process as if you were purchasing a ticket for the 1st time
• Order Confirmation – Confirmation of your ticket purchase is not an automated process. If you require a record of your purchase, once you have checked out you will have the option to either ‘Print Details’ or ‘Save Details’.

Single Fares

For single journeys, before 9 am, show the Medway Youth Pass to the bus driver to get the child fare. Child fares are available in the afternoon automatically.
