Maidstone Park and Ride
London Road and Willington Street
Welcome to Maidstone Park and Ride!
We operate the Maidstone Park and Ride services from both our London Road and Willington Street sites to Maidstone town centre.
How do you get to our Park and Ride sites?
- You can find our London Road Park and Ride site at London Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME16 OLP.
- Our Willington Street Park and Ride site is at Willington Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 8JW.
How can you buy tickets?
You don’t need to park in our Park and Ride car parks to use the services - you can use them with a normal Arriva bus ticket. You can pay for a ticket on the bus, on the Arriva UK Bus app or via our website here.
Customers are encouraged to pay by contactless or use the app if possible. Cash will be accepted but exact fares only and no change will be given.
How often do the buses run?
The Park and Ride services run up to every 20 minutes Mondays to Saturdays. You can view the timetable here.
What do the buses look like?
There are three bus designs that operate on the Maidstone Park and Ride services. They are called Iggy, Steggy and Spike in tribute to the discovery of ‘Iggy’ the dinosaur, whose fossilised skeleton was unearthed in 1834 in the Queen's Road area of Maidstone.
All of our buses undergo a daily enhanced cleaning regime, which includes the deep cleaning of all touch points with a suitable disinfectant. Customers are asked to follow social distancing rules on board our services wherever possible, by not using seats that have been taped off for their own and the driver's protection. Face coverings must be worn at all times. Exemptions apply.
