Free Family Day Saver for High Wycombe Plus Zone Terms and Conditions of use

1. In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
   a, “Arriva” means Arriva The Shires whose registered office is at 1 Admiral Way, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, SR3 3XP UK.“”.
   b. “Offer” means a free Ticket for travel within the Zone during the Promotional Period and Validity Period.
   c. “Promotional Period” means from the 19 September 2022 to the 31 October 2022 inclusive.
   d. “Service” means the Arriva bus services 35/36/37/37A and 800/850/X80 operating within the Zone.
   e. “Ticket” means an Arriva on bus Family Day Saver ticket (where a family consists of up to 2 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 16 years) 
   f. “Validity Period” means from the time the Voucher is exchanged for a Ticket in accordance with these terms and conditions up until the last Service operating within the Zone that same day.
   g. “Voucher” means the paper voucher made available by Arriva which can be exchanged in accordance with these terms and conditions for a Ticket. 
   h. “Zone” means the Arriva High Wycombe Plus Zone (https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/buy-tickets/region/beds-and-bucks/zone/ats008)
2. The promoter of this Offer is Arriva and these terms and conditions govern the use of the Voucher and participation in this Offer. 
3. To redeem this Offer you will need to present your Voucher to a driver onboard one of the Services operating within the Zone during the Promotional Period, the driver will then retain the Voucher and exchange it for a Ticket.  
4. Only 1 Ticket will be issued per Voucher and a Ticket can only be used for travel during the relevant Validity Period.
5. The original paper Voucher must be presented to the driver to be successfully exchanged for a Ticket and scans or photocopies of Vouchers or Vouchers displayed on mobile devices will not be accepted.
6. The driver has the right to refuse any Voucher they reasonably suspect to be fraudulent and/or the right to refuse to exchange any Voucher they reasonably suspect is being used in contravention of these terms and conditions. 
7. All travel is subject to service availability, vehicle capacity and timetable restrictions. 
8. This Offer is strictly subject to the Arriva UK Bus Limited conditions of carriage (https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/help/conditions-of-carriage) which, in the event of any conflict, shall take priority over these terms and conditions. 
9. Individuals are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon participating in the Offer.
10. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher, prize, offer, promotion or concession rate.
11. Arriva reserves the right to amend, terminate or suspend the Offer at any time should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
12. This Offer is governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

   g. “Voucher” means the paper voucher made available by Arriva which can be exchanged in accordance with these terms and conditions for a Ticket. 
   h. “Zone” means the Arriva High Wycombe Plus Zone (https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/buy-tickets/region/beds-and-bucks/zone/ats008)
