How to buy tickets

You can purchase your tickets on bus or through the Arriva Uk Bus App as well as planning your journey and see live bus tracking. You can find out how to buy tickets on the app and about all its other great features here. If you’ve purchased your ticket through the app, all you’ll need to do is scan your ticket QR code when you board.

What ticket will you need?

You’ll need to buy the correct ticket depending on which zone you’re travelling from. Nuneaton is within our Hinckley & Lutterworth Zone as are Burbage, Earl Shilton, Barwell and Hinckley. Customers travelling on the 65 service should buy a Tamworth Plus Ticket. If you’re travelling from outside these zones, then you’ll need an East Midlands Zone ticket. Our East Midlands Zone map will help you identify the zone you need to purchase a ticket for. All tickets will allow travel all day, every day for the duration of the pass – so allows travel on evenings and weekends.
