How the scheme works

It's a simple 2-step process to get your ticket.

Step 1: order your ticket online by choosing your local travel zone from the list below

  • Complete the online application form by clicking the 'apply now' button - you will need your bank account details
  • Payments are taken on the 1st or 15th of each month
  • Please allow at least 2 weeks to register before the date of your first Direct Debit payment
  • For payments on the 1st, tickets are dispatched and commence on the 12th of the month
  • Payments made on the 15th are dispatched and commence on the 27th of each month
  • Please note the nearest Direct Debit date will be the default option to choose

Step 2: receive your ticket in the post each month

You can also have m-tickets delivered to your iPhone or Android handset. To receive an m-ticket, you must download the free Arriva UK Bus app and register your details. Download the app now:

Showing service updates

Closure of Stoke Road in Guildford will affect services 34/35 from 4th Nov until 16th Dec 2020

Stoke Road will be closed from 4th Nov until 16th Dec 2020 between 7pm and 6am each night. Service 34/35 buses will divert via Parkway (past the Spectrum) and London Road into Guildford town centre.

Services 484, 485 and 485A will be replaced by ArrivaClick on 30th November

Maidstone Park and Ride returns from 7th Dec 2020

Maidstone Park and Ride will return from Monday 7th Dec, running to its normal timetable. Both the London Road and Willington Street car parks will reopen Monday morning for the first service. We look forward to welcoming you back onboard Iggy, Steggy and Spike soon.

From 27th Nov 2020, Service 191 will only serve Wainscott in one direction until further notice

Due to badly parked cars, service 191 buses will only serve Wainscott in one direction. Buses towards Chatham will serve Wainscott as normal. Buses towards Hoo will run direct via the Wainscott Bypass and will not serve Waincsott Village. The closest bus stop to use is outside The Sans Pareil pub.

Closure of Barnby Road in Knaphill will affect service 91 on 1st and 2nd Dec 2020

Barnby Road in Knaphill will be closed between 07:30 and 17:30 on 1st and 2nd Dec. Service 91 will be unable to serve Creston Ave and Barnby Rd and will divert via Lockfield Dr and Kirkland Ave in both directions. Please use the Royal Oak bus stop on Anchor Hill.
