Educational Travel Solutions

For universities, colleges, schools or local authorities

If you provide a bursary to fund student travel or supply a service for those who fund their own travel, Arriva can reduce your administration and provide you with specific student tickets for subsidised travel.

There are several options available to suit different types of requirements and finances. Find out more below.

Academic Year tickets

Academic Year tickets can be ordered in bulk ready for the start of each academic year, so they are immediately available for you to issue to students.

Term Saver tickets (Autumn, Spring and Summer)

Term Saver tickets work in the same as Academic Year tickets but are invoiced on a term-by-term basis. This option gives you more flexibility if student attendance is not guaranteed for the whole academic year.

Travel vouchers

If you need to provide transport for students over shorter periods of time, Arriva travel vouchers are an ideal solution, allowing daily, weekly, or 4-weekly travel. Find out more here.

Student and Child Monthly Saver tickets (for students with a cash bursary or who pay for travel themselves)

Students can spread the cost of their ticket over affordable monthly payments with our easy-to-use direct debit system, making it an ideal way for them to get reduced price bus travel for the year without paying up front. Find out more here.

School transport solutions

If you don’t have a public bus service in your area, Arriva can offer a cost-effective transport solution for schools, colleges, and universities. We can provide regular term-time contracts that are tailored to meet your needs.
